Deficit leads to bus route changes
The deputy general manager for Durham Region Transit says "If ridership isn't there to support the service, we are not going to run empty buses all day." The comment from Phil Meagher was made as Durham Transit outlined changes that will affect routes in Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa in the new year.
